Produce Care/Restoring Wilting Produce

 

We DO NOT wash our produce as this starts the decomposition process. For storage, wrap any roots in a moist paper towel and store in an enclosed container in the refridgerator. We recommend that you wash your produce before cooking/consuming it.

 

To restore any wilted produce:

  1. Wash and trim any brown leaves

  2. Soak leaves in ice water bath for at least 20 minutes

  3. Pat dry and serve
